When sending files to your cast and crew, you have the option to use our Classic email format, or a customized Branded email format.
Classic Format
Looks just like a normal email. Nothing unusual here!
Branded Format
The branded email applies a format with your production title and logo to each message.
The format you choose depends on your production and your personal style.
Here's how you can change from Classic to Branded emails:
From Distribution, click "Configure" in the upper right hand corner.
Scroll to the bottom and choose your message layout.
A pop-up will appear and ask you to confirm your selection. Click "confirm" and you're done!
