It can be useful to see who has (or has not!) viewed the articles you need your crew members to read.

Viewing the Analytics

To see the Analytics, go to More > Analytics

Resending Articles via Analytics Page

From the analytics page, you can see how many people who have opened an article you've sent them. You have the option to Resend to Everyone or Resent to Contacts that Didn't Read It. Clicking either of these buttons will take you to the Message screen so you can compose and send your message (see@Sharing + Sending ) for more information.
