Main Procedure

1) In the email, check if there is a deadline, then click Get Started

Make sure you complete your paperwork before the deadline!

2) Review the message and click "Complete Paperwork"

3) Accept the terms and conditions and review the data security and privacy policies, then click agree and continue

You will not be able to proceed unless you check all three boxes.

4) Click on "Start"

5) Fill in the necessary information, then click "Save and Continue"

Anything marked with a red asterisk is mandatory. In the example below, only "Middle names" is optional. You will not be able to proceed until all the mandatory fields are filled.

FAQs

Can I start this process and come back to it later?

Yes, but only if you've clicked on at least one page of "Save and Continue." Anything you've added on that page will be saved for the next time you access this page.

What if a mandatory field doesn't apply to me?

If it's a text field, you can simply write "not applicable" or "I don't have...".

If it's an attachment field where you're prompted to upload a document, you can simply upload a document that contains a few sentences explaining why you don't have this item. For example, if you don't have an insurance certificate, you can upload a document that says "I don't have an insurance certificate because...". That way you'll be able to proceed with the rest of the form.

What if I notice an error?

If you notice an error on the form (spelling, incorrect information, information asked for twice), please contact your production office for clarification.

I submitted my paperwork but I made a mistake. How do I fix it?

Contact your production office and let them know about the change you need to make. They'll be able to correct it on their end.
