Here is a summary of the steps you may need while managing your contacts or users.
1) How to delete a Project User:
Go to Project Users, then the three dots to the right of the user you want to delete, and select "Remove".
Please note: you will not be able to remove someone as a project user on your project if they are a project user on another SetKeeper project. If you'd like to restrict their access, you can Remove Admin Access, then give them "No Access" to all the other modules.
2) How to edit a user or take away admin rights?
Click the three dots, then click "Edit".
PLEASE NOTE: it's not possible to edit a project user's email address because that serves as the login for their account. If you need to change a project user's email address, you should add them to the project with their new email address and delete the contact with their old email address as seen in step 1.
3) How to delete a recipient/contact/crew member?
From People: Click on the three dots at the far right of the name of the person > click on Remove.
From a distro group: Click on your distro group, then click on the three dots at the far right of the person > click on Remove.
4) How to edit a recipient
Go to People: Click on the three dots at the far right of the name of the person > click on Edit.
