Distributor

Collector

  • Send and track Start Packets containing Start Forms in order to collect crew member data

  • See and edit contact’s start form data from the personal information tab in a contact’s profile page

  • Generate documents filled with a contact’s personal data collected through the start form

  • Import mapped excel and word file templates to generate documents in the Configure tab
    Within the People module, with Manager level in the Distribution, you also get to:

  • Send and track Start Packets containing documents a crew member can download during their onboarding

Authorizer

  • Send and track Start Packets containing “Deal Memo field approval requests” in order to get the crew member to validate the key terms of his contract

  • Send and track Start Packets containing files requiring immediate signing such as NDAs

  • See a contact’s contract information and generated files, such as contracts deal memos

  • Generate documents filled with a contact’s personal data as a well as contract information collected through the start form and deal memo

  • Send and track signature request of the generated files

No access: can't access the "Onboarding" features.
